iamhomeschooling.com is a comprehensive homeschool website that provides valuable information and a vast compilation of resources to all homeschooling families, whether considering homeschooling, new to homeschooling, or veteran homeschoolers.

Homeschoolers nationwide will find helpful articles, support groups, umbrella schools, evaluators, curriculum resources, homeschool events and programs, printable planners and forms, organized links to educational websites and free resources, and more. Understanding the need for up-to-date information, and knowing first-hand how hard it is to find, we strive to keep our content current and relevant.

We also offer our own umbrella school for homeschoolers in the State of Florida. We operate as a home-based private school for grades K-12. We require annual attendance reporting in lieu of evaluations. Our school is affiliated with Florida Virtual School, and we can assist high school homeschoolers with dual enrollment at Florida community colleges and universities. Learn More

About Us

"Protect IP Act" (PIPA) and "Stop Online Piracy Act" (SOPA)

By now you have probably heard of SOPA and PIPA--bills intended to protect us against copyright infringement and intellectual property theft. While these bills are supposed to target foreign companies, U.S. internet companies such as Wikipedia, craigslist, eBay, and Wordpress could be affected as well by being held liable for users linking to pirated content.

In a nutshell, if one person links to copyrighted material (whether intentionally or in error), the entire site could be shut down. Your Internet provider would be required to block the website from access and search engines would be stopped from linking to it. No questions asked. No court order required.

As home educators, we rely on the free and open internet. Join Google, Yahoo, Wikipedia, craigslist, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Wordpress, eBay, AOL, Mozilla, Reddit, Tumblr, Etsy, and others by telling Congress you OPPOSE Senate 968 "Protect IP Act" (PIPA) and H.R. 3261 "Stop Online Piracy Act" (SOPA) while there is still time.
